当煤层上方为坚硬顶板时,在工作面回采期间容易出现大面积悬顶,导致巷旁充填体出现大变形破坏,极大威胁采煤安全.为解决这一问题,以某矿1205工作面沿空留巷为工程背景,分析了爆炸围岩裂隙范围和坚硬顶板破断特征,建立了切顶卸压围岩结构力学模型,研究表明,相邻炮孔爆炸后,炮孔间裂隙互相贯穿,降低了顶板强度,同时当切顶角为15°时,巷道稳定性较好.工程实践结果表明:采用爆破切顶技术后,顶板下沉量减小了62.3%,较好地保证了围岩稳定性. 相似文献

This work deals with a study of the dynamic and buckling analysis of polymer hybrid composite(PHC) beam. The beam has variable thickness and is reinforced by carbon nanotubes(CNTs) and nanoclay(NC) simultaneously. The governing equations are derived based on the first shear deformation theory(FSDT). A three-phase HalpinTsai approach is used to predict the mechanical properties of the PHC. We focus our attention on the effect of the simultaneous addition of NC and CNT on the vibration and buckling analysis of the PHC beam with variable thickness. Also a comparison study is done on the sensation of three impressive parameters including CNT, NC weight fractions, and the shape factor of fillers on the mechanical properties of PHC beams,as well as fundamental frequencies of free vibrations and critical buckling load. The results show that the increase of shape factor value, NC, and CNT weight fractions leads to considerable reinforcement in mechanical properties as well as increase of the dimensionless fundamental frequency and buckling load. The variation of CNT weight fraction on elastic modulus is more sensitive rather than shear modulus but the effect of NC weight fraction on elastic and shear moduli is fairly the same. This paper applies the entropy-based fractal indexing scheme that enables the grid environment for fast indexing and querying. It addresses the issue of fault tolerance and load balancing-based fractal management to make computational grids more effective and reliable. A fractal dimension of a cloud of points gives an estimate of the intrinsic dimensionality of the data in that space. The main drawback of this technique is the long computing time. The main contribution of the suggested work is to investigate the effect of fractal transform by adding R-tree index structure-based entropy to existing grid computing models to obtain a balanced infrastructure with minimal fault. In this regard, the presented work is going to extend the commonly scheduling algorithms that are built based on the physical grid structure to a reduced logical network. The objective of this logical network is to reduce the searching in the grid paths according to arrival time rate and path’s bandwidth with respect to load balance and fault tolerance, respectively. Furthermore, an optimization searching technique is utilized to enhance the grid performance by investigating the optimum number of nodes extracted from the logical grid. 绝缘子表面粗糙处理是提升其沿面闪络性能的重要途径,表面粗糙化处理方式不当,极易带来表面结构不均匀,难以获得稳定耐压性能的绝缘材料。为提升绝缘子表面粗糙处理的均匀性,本文利用表面喷砂技术对圆柱形有机玻璃(PMMA)绝缘子进行了粗糙化处理研究,以球形二氧化硅(SiO2)颗粒为工作介质,研究了不同喷砂粒径、氢氟酸后处理等因素对绝缘材料表面形貌和组分的影响,并利用短脉冲高压测试平台对喷砂处理前后有机玻璃绝缘子样品进行了真空沿面闪络性能测试。研究结果表明,喷砂处理在有机玻璃表面形成了较为均匀的凹坑,HF酸能够有效去除表面残留的SiO2颗粒,具有表面喷砂粗糙结构的绝缘子沿面闪络电压得到了稳定提升,相较于未处理的绝缘子闪络电压提升了约80%。 相似文献

对于一般任意支撑的连续梁结构动力稳定性问题,已有的计算方法求解过程都很复杂,给工程设计带来极大的不便.本文提出了一个简化的分析方法,利用现有的商业软件,只需求得连续梁的自然频率及静力屈曲(失稳)荷载,就可容易得到结构的动力失稳区域,当考虑结构阻尼对不稳定区域的影响时,可将阻尼矩阵表达为Rayleigh阻尼的形式.研究结果表明:采用本文计算方法与已有的理论计算方法得到的连续梁主参数共振的不稳定边界非常吻合,而本文计算方法更为简单,计算结果可靠,计算精度高,可满足工程设计的需要. 相似文献

船舶与海洋平台结构的冰载荷是寒区海洋工程结构物设计中的关键参数,而离散元方法是有效计算结构冰载荷的重要手段. 本文采用基于闵可夫斯基和原理的扩展多面体离散元方法模拟船舶与海洋平台结构的相互作用过程. 其中,构造扩展多面体的近似包络函数并建立了基于优化模型的快速接触搜索算法;考虑单元间粘结作用的刚度软化过程建标识码元间的粘结-破碎模型. 同时,发展了 CPU-GPU 协同异构环境下的高性能并行算法. 为分析海冰与海洋结构作用中的冰载荷,采用ISO标准验证了扩展多面体离散元分析结构冰载荷的准确性. 采用离散元方法计算了船舶结构的冰载荷,研究了船舶结构表明的线载荷分布特点,并采用船舶结构冰阻力经验公式验证了计算结果的合理性. 采用离散元方法计算了平整冰区与多桩腿平台结构的相互作用,分析各桩腿上的冰载荷特点. 针对碎冰区的海冰管理过程,采用离散元方法分析了船舶结构绕行过程中的船舶和海洋平台结构冰载荷. 本文方法可有效应用于海洋结构冰载荷分析,能为极地船舶与海洋平台结构的设计和安全运行提供科学的分析手段. 相似文献

基于能量变分原理,拟定轴向荷载作用下箱梁的纵向位移函数,得到关于翼板剪切变形引起的位移差函数的基本微分方程,继而推导出箱梁翼板纵向应力表达式,并首次得出角隅轴向荷载作用下翼板出现应力不均匀分布的荷载及边界条件。通过对一模型箱梁进行计算,并与通用有限元软件ANSYS壳单元计算结果进行比较,验证了该方法和所推导公式的正确性。研究结果表明,当作用于简支箱梁截面角隅处的轴向荷载(合力无偏心)为集中或分布荷载时,翼板不产生纵向应力不均匀现象;当作用于悬臂箱梁截面角隅处的轴向荷载(合力无偏心)为集中荷载时,翼板不产生纵向应力不均匀现象,而当荷载轴向分布时,翼板将产生纵向应力不均匀现象。实际工程中,横力弯曲使悬臂箱梁产生剪力滞效应,这种效应会与轴向分布荷载产生的效应叠加,设计时对此应予以充分考虑。 相似文献

Understanding the complicated failure mechanisms of hierarchical composites such as fiber yarns is essential for advanced materials design. In this study, we developed a new Monte Carlo model for predicting the mechanical properties of fiber yarns that includes statistical variation in fiber strength. Furthermore, a statistical shear load transfer law based on the shear lag analysis was derived and implemented to simulate the interactions between adjacent fibers and provide a more accurate tensile stress distribution along the overlap distance. Simulations on two types of yarns, made from different raw materials and based on distinct processing approaches, predict yarn strength values that compare favorably with experimental measurements. Furthermore, the model identified very distinct dominant failure mechanisms for the two materials, providing important insights into design features that can improve yarn strength. 相似文献

The behaviour of a system containing a mass traveling on a cantilever beam is considered. The mass is induced to move by an applied force as opposed to the case which has been considered in most literature where the position of the moving mass is assumed to be known and independent of the motion of the beam. Furthermore, the system to be discussed has the unique characteristic that the motions of the mass and the beam are coupled. The mathematical model of the system includes two coupled nonlinear integral/partial differential equations which are impossible to solve analytically and are difficult to solve numerically in their original form. As a remedy, the solution is discretized into space and time functions and the equations of motion are reduced to a set of ordinary differential equations. The shape function is chosen so that it satisfies the boundary conditions of the beam as well as the transient conditions imposed by the traveling mass. This choice of the shape function, which considers the mass-beam interaction, provides an improvement over the conventional method of using a simple cantilever beam mode shapes.The ordinary differential equations of motion using the improved shaped functions, are solved numerically to obtain the dynamic behaviour of the system. The results illustrate the validity of the model, and demonstrate the advantages of the improved model to the un-improved equations. 相似文献
